We only gather what's needed to get the job done. When you log in with Discord, we receive your user ID, username, and avatar just enough to know who you are. If you reach out for support, we'll have whatever details you share (like your PC specs or issue description). That's it.
Your info helps us identify your account, communicate about bookings and support, process payments, and deliver the optimization work you signed up for. We don't use it for anything else.
We never see or store your card details. Payments go through Stripe, and all we get back is confirmation that you paid, which plan you chose, and any promo code you used.
We don't sell or trade your information. The only third parties involved are the ones that make our service work Stripe for payments and Discord for login. They handle your data under their own privacy policies and only for the specific task they perform.
You can ask us what data we have on you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it. Just reach out through our official support channels and we'll take care of it.
